Formal presentation

Mechatronics Engineering
Nowadays there are many branches of engineering. One of the new and important branches is mechatronics engineering. I will discuss the definition of mechatronics engineering, the history, the courses and the difficulty, and how technologies affect my area of study.
Let us first turn our attention to the definition of mechatronics engineering. It’s a combination of mechanical and electronics engineering. To clarify, mechanical is studying of principle of physics, material science for analysis, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems. On the other hand electronic engineering is a studying of electrical components, semiconductor devices, and integrated circuits.
Now let’s turn our attention to the history of mechatronics engineering. The first introduced was in 1969, by a senior engineer Tetsura Mori. The second date to take into consideration was in 1970, mechatronics focused on servo technology such as automatic door openers and auto-focus cameras. The last important date was in 1980, when mechatronics was used to focus on information technology such as antilock braking and electric seats.
There are many compulsory courses in engineering. The major courses such as math, physycs. In my view, these courses need practise and smart study to avoid the difficulty.
Finally, I think there are four important technologies that have had an effect on my area of study. These are Computer and programs, World Wide Web, digital multi-meter and osiliscop.
